Directions

1 If cover in place (applies to N204C/N205C), unplug thumb port and slide suction tip out of cover.

2 Connect barbed end of suction tip to suction line. 

3 Set suction to appropriate pressure per hospital protocol or physician recommendation. 

4 Block thumb port with thumb to begin suctioning. 

5 Suction mouth or nares with intermittent suctioning. Remove thumb from thumb port to stop suctioning. Block thumb port again to continue suctioning. 

6 Suction sterile water through suction tip after each use to clear debris. 

7 If applicable, reinsert suction tip into cover and insert port plug of cover into thumb port of suction tip. 

8 Replace suction tip/cover every 24 hours or per hospital protocol, whichever is sooner
